Labour integration

Job is the key element of social integration, including for people with disabilities.

1. Previous training and personal autonomy :

Participants follow an individualized training program that helps to improve personal autonomy, build social skills, learn to commute independently, understand better the program and attitude towards work .

2. Supported Employment.

All participants who start an internship in a company are accompanied by a professional Aura Foundation assistant (real-life situation training ) .

The job coach assists the participant throughout all the practices which last from 2 to 4 months. After this learning period, once the candidate is well acquainted with the job and shows the right attitude, the company shall hire the individual under the established contractual legal conditions.

3. Work and personal monitoring:

This is an individualized personal care, counseling and on-going assessment of the company in order to ensure the continuity and promotion in the workplace. It is carried out by the means of  individualized interviews both, to the participant and to the company, which shall be registered in a monitoring protocol.
